More from JoyRide:

Since it launched in 2011, JoyRide has opened four studios in Fairfield County and two in San
Antonio, and has seen an explosion in popularity — and more than 56,000 unique customers —
thanks to high-end, interval-based classes led by talented instructors and studios with positive,
inclusive and authentic vibes. The co-founders have always emphasized that every age, fitness
level, and body type is embraced and empowered, as well as offering charity rides for
philanthropies and needs affecting their community.

Cerroni is focused on growing the JoyRide brand nationwide and says this acquisition is part of
their growth strategy to open at least three new studios by the end of 2019. She is particularly
excited to dive into the New Haven community, which she sees as ever-evolving and energetic –
– from the students and young professionals to the ingrained academic and medical institutions
that are the backbones of the city.

"Our brand culture is strong, and we’re committed to inspiring our riders to live big joyful lives –
– both in and outside of the studio," says Hochhauser, JoyRide’s co-founder and Chief Brand
Officer. "We can’t wait to join the vibrant New Haven community and continue to spread joy.
We are truly stronger together."
